Got cheated by my friend into the outdoor instructor job.
Okay cant blame her entirely since she was unaware as well.
First i was introduced to the instructor's course by an agent, i was told $25 per hr for 14 sessions of 2 hrs each week.
AND so whoever gt offered will think it's a good money so why not?!
After attending trainings, signed the contract black n white and after attending the 1st session of the course i was now told that the pay matrix was PER SESSION NOT PER HOUR!
WTF!
It's a huge difference can?!
It says 2hrs per session but tat doesnt include briefing, report writing and all the extra time spent preparing for the lesson.
My agent called me directly, said sorry and beg me nt to leave cuz everything was more or less fixed for 14 sessions.
Now there is no way i can back off since i hv signed the contract. And penalty was to paid for the sessions i hv missed. So instead of me getting paid ,nw i hv to pay them if i breach that contract.
ARGH!
HAH! Now my commercial law mod put into gd use. I didnt breach the contract since it's a mistake by them leading me into signing something not of my intended purpose.
Haiz whatever la.
Anyway, this whole thing was held in CHIJ OLN.
My job as a instructor was to teach them life skills, team building and maximising their leadership potential.
my first day what i saw were sea of PINK bags and water bottles.
OMG!
Kids nwadays a bit hard to control sia.
No doubt they r quite cute at times.
Dont care i shall go on days wif fun sessions nt those that nid lots of planning.
Now the whole company gt screwed up! haha! Everyone is trying to find reasons to miss as many sessions as possible.
